I'm Mark, a wedding and elopement photographer based in Fraserburgh , Aberdeenshire and covering all of Scotland and to all other parts of the UK.


My style is relaxed, natural, and candid with a documentary-style, this is perfect for couples who want their special day captured authentically

while still having some posed shots & creating some creative shots using off camera flash and coloured gels.


I focus on creating a fun and creative wedding photography experience, capturing beautiful, candid moments on your big day. Whether you're planning an intimate elopement in the Scottish Highlands, a rustic barn wedding , or a romantic castle wedding, I’ll be there to document your day in a way that feels natural and effortless.


If you’re feeling a bit camera-shy, don’t worry! My approach ensures you feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, allowing me to capture those genuine, unscripted moments that make your day truly special.


To help with those nerves in front of the camera a great way is to book an engagement session.This does several things we get to know eachother better and you'll feel more relaxed when your having your picture taken on your wedding day.

As good as it is to have your wedding images on your phone or in an instagram/facebook post, there is something special seeing them in print or in a frame. There are lots of choices when it comes to wedding albums,wall art   and prints.

All prints,albums and wall art are made by a UK printing lab.

You can also order prints of your wedding through your gallery as an alternative option and these are delivered straight to your door.

FAQ

01. How do we book you for the wedding?

To book me for your wedding just get in touch using the contact form, then if I have availability for your date I can then send over the contract and invoice. Once the deposit is paid your date is secure and the balance is then payable three months before the wedding day.

 

02. Do you travel for destination weddings?

 

I only travel within the UK due to the difficulty in getting a work permit. Even though many photographers will travel and risk deportation and having their  camera equipment confiscated it's not something i'm prepared to do.

 

03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?

 

A shot list is essential detailing all of the names and what relation they are to you for each group shot this includes family plus bridal/groom parties.Ideally you want to keep this list to around   a dozen or less but you can of course have more but this may impact the time we have together for the couple portraits.

 

04. Do you offer engagement sessions?

 

I do offer engagement sessions and these are typically around two hours long and you will get a full gallery of images that you can download and print within the store of your gallery.You can choose the location that means something to you or I can provide some options.
